Hrm, I wonder if Sullivan knows about the cure. Addison had another 60 years while Sullivan was being tortured. Just wondering if he knows the cure would work on him as well. I think I remember Bobby saying this would work on vampires and TFZs who were once human. I could be wrong though.

Wow, I stopped reading the comic when vol 1 was finishes before christmas, I didn’t realize this would get picked back up so soon.
Holy shit guys, I’ve read through and watched comics grow in popularity and artistic design and I’ll have to say that adding color was the final piece to the puzzle here. You guys dont get half the credit you clearly deserve for such a masterwork webcom. I’ll have to consider buying the books now to put on my shelf.

Love Francis’ combover while he’s a corpse. I was like, “Wait, where’d he get them bandages over half his head?” before I realized that he was trying to not look half bald and then it just shifted when he hit the ground.
Which I think is hilarious. He’s missing half his face and has a gunshot wound to his forehead, but he’s still worried about looking bald.

So happy this is starting up again. Have to get used to the coloured version of the comic, though. So used to seeing it in black and white.

I don’t think he’s purple, that’s just the lighting. He’s normal in the first panel he’s in, and Val is blue in the last.
That’s how he’s showing darkness, I think.

I have to imagine sullivan is a pretty heroic guy. Not just for saving these people, but if he only knew 3 vampires, and he risked 60 years of torture just on the word of one of them. That’s a hero.

Even better in color. I knew Owen draw really well, but his inking&color skills are top. This page quality beats most of marvel or dc comics i’ve ever seen. After seeing that, i’m sure the movie will be BIG.

The colour is so awesome. Although it doesn’t really seem to change Math much to me.
Pity this doesn’t have a regular update day seeing as i read a hell of alot of webcomics and have memorised their update days and don’t check them aside from those days, really confusing here but the awesomeness that is Last Blood is so worth it.

I loved the first comic but felt the ending was far to abrupt and partly required the comment section to to be sadisfieing. I’m -very- glad to see the story continued this way and have some light shed on everything happening after TFZ death.

I don’t know if this has been asked before (I checked all your comments Bobby, so I know you haven’t answered, at the least), but, is the printed color version of Last Blood going to cost more than the first volume comics did? If you already know, how much? They look excellent…

There’s actually probably not going to be any individual printed issues for the second volume, but just a full graphic novel after it’s all done early next year. The reason for that is because of the cost of color and because the first four issues didn’t sell quite as well as we wanted and also because we don’t want any deadlines for this GN that caused so many problems with the first one and made things rushed. The second GN will probably cost a little more to purchase than the first GN because of the color.

Terrific page as usual, loving the color! Owen have you done any other cover art for last blood, or perhaps a :gasp: wallpaper? I’d love to sport a LB desktop picture and have my friends say “what the heck is that?” only to be addicted to the comic sixteen minutes later

hmmm.. I was trying to find any flaws again I think to apply some well mannered criticism. A single flaw (with the blood on Francis) was already covered and will be corrected and its not even a mistake - It was just overseen in the creative process… There is nothing bad I can say about the new GN. Unfortunately ;P I have to admit that all the other comments are right. Your work (and I mean both the writer and the artist) is OUTSTANDING and getting better and better every page. Thumbs up and a lot of Yays for you!
PS. Was it me or did the LB and Marry Me servers suffered a downtime lately? I wasnt able to open the comic and got 404 NOT FOUND.
