I only ship by USPS flat rate Priority Mail to save the hassle of calculating shipping costs (and for speed, of course), so if you’re in the USA add $4.60, Canadians add $9, and the rest of the world adds $11.

Each book comes signed by the writer, bagged and boarded, and the shipping price doesn’t change unless you order more than eight books. So, for example, if you’re in America and you want to order eight copies, that would be a total of $44.60, $40 for the books, $4.60 for the shipping. If you want to order 9-16 books, DOUBLE THE SHIPPING PRICE. So, for example, if you’re in Norway and you want to order 16 copies, send $102, $80 for the books, $22 for the shipping. If you want to order 17 or more books, e-mail me at bobbyc512@gmail.com and we’ll figure it out.
